Those handles really look good. Up to the job and very smart and well designed. Beautifully painted so well done Jen.

How's about fitting a couple of wheels on the bottom of the frame? Wheels could even be detachable!! (I'm just plain lazy I guess, why carry when you can push/drag*)

Or - sign up for a weight lifting course at yer local gym!!!!

* - Delete as applicable!!!

HI Doug yes i have thought of that also as i was goin to fit some small castor wheels on the cradle bottom but as i have to go over rough ground the castors would jam up an bigger wheels as no can do as every thing just fits in the car very tightly like the bow section of tiger an the big FRONT S/S an helo box fits just in the boot an all the other bits of S/S AN THE REAR SECTION OF TIGER all just fits in on the back seat Doug SO all in a very tight fit all in an :thinking:no
weight lifting course at local gym!!!! as anit got one near me lol

HI GUYS well over the week ive been tryin out them motors with the johnsons motors against them two monster motors an well i found with the big motors alot more wind thrust from the props than the johnsons so its all change again for about the 5th or 6th time as ive lost count so its all change an out come them johnsons an in go them other two monster motors an talk about the wind thrust off the bigger props now so now there are all 4 monster motors in her so these should move her an to help the steerin bigger rudder an ive now teid in the bow thruster to help her turn so when i hit the stick to turn the rudder the bow thruster comes in on auto to help steerin an pic of the all 4 big motors now fittered in her

Great looking lazania with extra pepperoni and spice Chris. Looks like you got a speedboat on your hands now. Good luck on the sea trials.

Cheers,

Chris, if you think it's just models that hit snags, have a read of how HMS Somerset is doing. It's not a good read for the privatised dockyard services. Babcock and co!!!!
HMS Somerset, post multi million pound refit!!
At about thirty years old she’s probably beyond her operational lifespan now, so should have been replaced rather than upgraded. The cheap option isn’t always the best……but as you say, the dockyard should have done a better job of it……

Good luck Sunday Chris. I’m sure it will work this time though :thumb2:

Wouldn't have happened in the days of the good ole 'dockyard matey'.
To quote one contractor I knew. A MoD contract is like a blank cheque!!!
I was gobsmacked at Bovington when I saw the invoice for a contractor to change a lightbulb in the guardroom!! £167. To change a £2 lightbulb!! Outrageous!!!!

She'll probably come into harbour under tow Chris( :rolling: ) Wonderful example of modern British engineering and tactical forethought!
