Just noticed lost a cannonball
What an epic project and master craftsman at work. Nice to watch.
Wonderful results as usual Brian. Can't say it enough, this is superb work.
Morning guys, I'm getting confused by the instructions/plans at the moment there is a piece (125) that doesn't show up on the plans anywhere ! so I'm building up around the piece and hopefully it will become clear where it goes
I know it looks obvious where it goes but believe me it doesn't go there as the pre-cut rail wont reach........feeling a bit stupid atm

There is a tread at (https://modelshipworld.com/topic/36173-hms-victory-by-yabuhebi-chris-caldercraft-172/page/4/) where someone is building this model and I have extracted this photo from that thread. It seems to show how the plank shear buts up against the cat head vertical support.

Had a couple of hours this morning on the Victory.

After working on the front of the ship and the carronades I decided to go with the after market kits although quite expensive they are far superior to the kit pieces and after spending north of a grand on the kit I thought what the heck
So on to the poop deck as the stuff I ordered will be about 2 weeks 
I don't remember the carronades on Victory, but here's one removed from the ship:
