Wow Wabble!!! It's amazing what you do with a good kit, nice figs, and an ashtray!!! It comes together beautifully and to think it's 1/72 scale to boot...Fantastic Sir!!!

Absolutely fantastic build Richard, the composition really tells a story.. :thumb2: :thumb2: :thumb2: .

Cracking result as I said on the build thread. Addition of the chute on the wing is a masterstroke though :thumb2:

Thank you for the kind comments fellas. The chute could have been a tad bigger though I think.

Lovely work Richard :thumb2:

I really like the figures and the parachute on the wing, it brings it to life.

Thanks Geoff, I've got another base going on for my friend but this time he's given a die-cast Hurri. It's a desert in North Africa and I've just painted it. Will be adding two figures modified for the scene.

Congratulations.
I thank, the writers, producers, supporting actors, the fans and family but most of all the committee for making this award possible...sob sob...tears of joy...aaahh cut the crap. :smiling6: :tears-of-joy: Thank you and humbly accepted.

Pic 1 was quite an emotive picture for me. Two blokes enjoying some fine weather chatting about anything, sat next to a war machine. Great stuff.

Thanks Colin and Paul, even the photograph taking was fun with so many angles. The figures only needed putty to build up the life vest, sleeves, gloves and boots. The new figures on the Hurri base needs extensive carving.

Cheers
Wabble
