Thank you one and all for your replies, really appreciated.
Feeling somewhat better , annoying to think it's self inflicted .Normally the odd biscuit or choc is ok , but the recent over indulgence was a grim reminder of what can happen . Luckily I knew straight away what the cause of the cramps were and the only thing to do to remedy them . To day was the first day I stated not having the constant pain of the pulling and cramp . According to the NHS is may take a week or more to return to normal .
Not felt like doing much modelling and it's far to cold to venture into the garden so just keeping warm and trying to read .

Sorry if I've missed anyone's birthday , normal service will be resumed !
Thanks again .

John .

Glad you are on the mend John. Stomach pain and cramps are very debilitating and leave you extremely miserable. Hope you are on the up now though.

I hope Matron was kind to you and did not have to employ her famous "stomach Pump"......I understand it is "belt" driven from her motorcycle and she tends to over rev it from time to time, thus removing more than just the contents of the poor victim's patient's stomach. :face-with-head-bandage: :tired:

Glad you're on the mend John. You'll soon be back at the bench. Now no repeat with over indulgence during the festive season.

John,
laid low by chocolate biscuits? Bizarrely, I have chocolate biscuits in the cupboard for the opposite effect. Chocolate Digestives give a quick boost, when my blood sugar levels are too low, and can stave off a hypo - which is not a pleasant thing.
Is this an age related thing, or have you always had it?
Dave

Good to see you back John, I hope you'll be back to modelling soon.
Pete

Glad your better JR I’m sure Christine has been tired of sorting out your “ Dogs” awards lol.
