The mere suggestion of covering a Hobnob in chocolate has upset Matron to such an extent she has bruised her ankle while trying to start the bike. Now we are all in trouble

And JR please pass my regards on to the committee for the Dog's....I was unaware that one could receive this award for this type of "scratchery"! :thinking: As most of you probably know by now, these little biscuits have been fully "taste" tested and the Missus has gone on record as stating, "These babies ain't goin' nowhere"! Sorry guys, yer on yer own.......as far as the recipe goes, I just googled Hobnob recipes on the net and they popped up all over the place.....some of them were in video form, if you like watching movies.:thumb2::nerd:

You've gotta dunk them, besides 'HobNobs are like the S.A.S. of biscuits, they love a good dunking and don't fall apart under the pressure..

To each his own Andy ......I just got back in the house, I have been out plowing the driveway, 18deg. (f) and six inches of new snow. I am currently having a cup of Hot coffee and .....you guessed it, a HOBNOB....no chocolate and no dunking, don't like crumbs in me coffee!
