1/16 scale resin figure with metal parts. Painted with Vallejo acrylics and artist oil paints.

The base is scratch built, added extra details to the figure, the sun protecting flaps on the cap and some straps and such.

Tommy, that is one superb figure. The painting of the flesh, indeed the whole model, is the best figure painting I've seen.

Very well done.

Ron

Thanks you very much guys! I'm glad that you liked the figure.

saguy,

The figure is almost 10cm from head to toe.

phalinmegob,

The base is made of white glue and very fine sand, on that I put some bit and pieces of wood, dried pieces of plants and such. All is stuff that I have found outside.

I have also used pieces of fresh plants, but I have dried them in my microwave to remove all moisture and to kill all small bugs before painting.

Wow! I can't add to what has been said, very, very nice indeed.

Cheers

Truly excellent work. You are a very accomplished modeller and deserving of all the praise you get - well done again on an outstanding figure.

Cheers

I am very impressed with this build Tommy.

All the fittings for the Katana are correct right down to the fittings on the Saya.

Nipon-to's are my thing i have spent many happy hours refurbashing the real thing.

I want this kit.

John.
