Latest Acquisitions (2020)

Have become really hissed of with fighting the Infinity, thin the thinned paint, drop the air pressure, damn thing even clogs spraying water or just about, so it has been confined to Infinity and i have gone back to my roots...

A nice tin box...

Not tried it yet, but the reviews are on the plus side. If it performs as well as my Iata's then it can stay.
Looks good mix and not as expensive as I was expecting!

Good friend of mine as one and he's really pleased with its performance.

True, the box cost 150 and the airbrush is just in there to fill the space :smiling6:.
Don't suppose now is the time to tell you I've just found it for £128 for the airbrush but not of course in such a gorgeous box!

Not much but yes its not StuG related!!!

Do not tell Mr Race as he thinks i have lost the plot:upside:

Lovely box Mike

That is an excellent box. Perfect for a real airbrush. PaulE

Becoming a real fan of Alsacast. US WWII figs look good. Latest plastic offering from ArsenalM looks very good. Heiser upgrade to ROCO Tiger I is looking good too. PaulE

I see you got the Alsacast crapintheback as well. Sources if you please. The Einheits looks interesting and a little complex in our scale. should keep you out of the bars for a couple evenings.:rolling: Rick H.

Not fooled around in bars since the early 90s, been on the wagon since late 70s. All from the Schneider bros at Small Scale Hobbies. Always great service. PaulE

Figur 'o speech pard. Don't recall last time I was in one either. When I do imbibe...(rarely) I do it at home. Less expensive and I don't get in trouble with the "Man". Thanks for cluing me on Scott & Greg. I don't remember them having the Einheits, must be relatively new. Rick H.

Just sqeezinyeronions. Yes, new from Armor87, an arm of ArsenalM. Am told they bought all the ROCO molds & stock. SSH also had the earlier gas powered more complex version with the spoke wheels from minitanks. PaulE

ALERT. The Alsacast figs come w/o weapons. The figs are 10 poses each (no dupes). Weapons are available in another brass PE kit I think. PaulE

Just had this one delivered. Mouldings look lovely with proper drilled discs rather than the recessed 'holes' that Tamiya seem to favour....

Of course, it's the Japanese Spec version, but you can't have everything..
Nick.

After doing their La5 recently and really enjoying it I had to get this little beauty . 7405E387-B4DE-44D2-A544-8D9FD31D6FC0.jpeg
I also got the aftermarket decals as the kit ones are a bit generic and basic .The aftermarket sheet has no less than 18 options and some very interesting ones too , it looks like I might have to make a mini squadron of these in all the different schemes ! I’ll have to figure out a way of making an enclosed canopy for the earlier marks though , tricky as it’s only about 3mm long !6F5B9588-6B16-42EC-877A-40A543AF4DCD.jpeg
