Two 1/350 'S' boats - rather heavy base plates - slightly different

1/350 RN SGB ( Grey Goose Class ) These boats had various armament fits, I don't know which this is yet. No drawings, just the resin - I'll need to do a bit of research for them all.
Got these as separate lots from same seller - combined delivery price £14.

A rather large 1/1 kit

My new 6 x 4 garden shed! This will allow me to store garden tools, paint etc, giving a lot more room in the garage for my room. However due to the heat julie has banned me from building the shed or the garage, bugger lol

We got a man to our slightly bigger one..... But then he was doing the whole garden and patio too, so it seemed to make sense!! Good luck with the build. What are the destructions like?

The destructions are to be fair not too confusing but I have and will read them a lot more, biggest issue is none of the parts are labelled so have had to check the measurements and labelled everything myself

Waiting for a courier to deliver new shelving, battery drill and hooks for garden tools.

You don't need instructions Bob....
Some of the wooden bits are for the floor,some of the others are for front,back and sides,and the bits left over are for the roof :)
The pointy,sharp things are to hold it together and the grey,gritty stuff gets shoved on the roof bits :)
There you go,job done ;)

Oh,and by the way, don't fill in the large hole,or holes..... They're for looking out of ;)

There speaks a man of great experience! Just burnt sorry recycled the instructions. Should only take about 20 mins using cable ties!!

Nothing wrong with the level Bob. Peter always made sure the bubble was at the end of the tube when he used it, just like it’s supposed to be…..
 
Hi all

So two new arrivals, although I only officially paid for one......

The seller of the below kit also included this in the package without even telling me.....£3+ second hand and I don't have any books on the Spitfire (shocking I know) so no complaints there!







So now onto the kit......another addition to my Hunters and Hunted collection.

There are only two 1/72 Hampdens available - this Airfix one and a much newer but short run Valom/AZ Models one that goes for stupid prices and is also (apparently) a pretty challenging build.

That said people will pay stupid money for these....recent purchases in eBay show people paying almost £30 incl. delivery. Mine was £14 all in and the second cheapest recent sale, which when you include the book you can't complain about.

'Interestingly', although the box art suggests a 1975 re-release of the original 1968 tooling, and the plastic and instructions seem to be that sort of era, the decals are from the 2010 re-release of the same 1968 tooling and so are in decent nick.......oh and it comes with the old fashioned flight stand!

I think I have a version of each of the main British WW2 medium bombers (Avro Manchester excepted).

One of my favourite WW2 British Bombers in fact ;)
Pig ugly,not very effective, brought down in droves,and basically.... a death sentence for the brave crews in those early war years/months!!
... Dunno why....

In all seriousness, it's not a plane I know a lot about....I read somewhere it was referred to as 'the flying suitcase' because it was so narrow..... No idea if that's really a post-war nickname ....... And I thought it can't be that narrow......I put the fuselage halves together at lunchtime and was proved VERY wrong!!!
