And at last I've found a multi holder (from Dspiae) that can take regular and trigger style airbrushes:


Even though I have more sanding gadgets than anything else I couldn't resist this. Should be better than having everything scattered around my bench:

it won't be as detailed as the one Rick is building, probably just straight out of the box, but I'm still excited to crack on with it.

I'll comment on my own post since I forgot to mention it. Strangely Dspiae don't include their 280 grit in this 'full' set. I'll use that much more than some of the others so may swap it out, unless I can find the correct block & case separately, which will clip onto the side of this lot.

I think Dspiae are going to bring more of those sanding sets out, but probably as singles as you can clip them together, I must say the first thing I did with mine was remove the tops found they got in the way.

A mate of mine bought me this. All snap together, pre-coloured and self adhesive stickers. He got one for himself too, even though he's never built anything like it before. I may have to jazz mine up a bit

Few bits from the Lincoln show yesterday . The AK paint markers look very useful and will be getting a run out on some squiggly camo sometime . The multiple rolls of tape was a tenner - bargain and even though I said I wasnt going to buy kits still managed to come away with three! The Tamiya GPA just tickled my fancy and was a bargain £6 , the Jo Han me 262 is for a future what if and the Zvezda il 76 was an absolute steal at £5!

1/72 scale Luftwaffe and RAF pilots. First 3D stuff I've bought. Came from Beacon Models, a real bargain, £3 each and 85p p&p. Detail looks excellent, way beyond my painting abilities.
