John do you cut the matt or do you lay it as an entire surface? i like the looks of it

Cheers kresten , so do I , trouble is i want a soviet one for the collection , i guess i'll just have to buy another one!! That mat looks nice john (geegad) , very realistic , the men are nicely detailed too , they look like theyre going to go in a quicksand dio LOL!!!! cheers tony

it up to you bud ive cut it for a smale dio...should be posting some pics soon..or you could use the hole mat..oh and i cut it with scissors

cheers buddy the mat is quick and effective...like the new stash items as well bud
 
well thanks john got my new compressor from his top shop and a few things of some other sites
 
it creates static which makes the grass stand up if you want to see i will show you in a post....and the bag that size will last ages
 
I've got the same compressor.I find it very good.And the cleaning station is great for resting the airbrush on (as well as cleaning it!).

Yes please. I have often wondered about the difference of doing it that way compared to just plonking the stuff down on a glued base.

if you can't obtain a static charging stranger (or yours malfunctions John) then a normal metal strainer with taped handle will do if you comb your hair with a plastic comb and touch the strainer as you apply the static grass. (those who are sparse of hair might have an issue with this method .... sorry :) :) )
 
Alcohol and Evilbay = 1/48 Promodeler Me410 B1. I really should stay away from evilbay when i've had a few lol
