Wow, that does look good. I used to like building Lego too.
I did a model V8 a few years back (not Lego) which was battery powered and had moving valves, cylinders, etc, think it was the "Haynes" one?
There are detailed enough so you actually see how an engine works and the mechanics of it all.

That looks like a complicated build Peter.
Wow, that looks great fun. I still love lego, and this looks like the best of lego technics and then some.

I would love a go at that build. Have you ordered it?
It's a fun subject. I have got it and made a start. It is pretty much lego style pieces maybe a little less quality (Chinese version) but pretty good. I am already suffering from lego thumb. You knbow that dull ache when you have been squeezing small parts together for a couple of hours. I have so far spent about 4 hours on bag number 1 of 7.
