I have often wondered what an Abnormally Aspirate V-12 be like. :smiling2:Normally aspirated V-12, so I reckon a Formula 1, or perhaps an Indy Car?

It has its own inhaler like asthma stuffers....I have often wondered what an Abnormally Aspirate V-12 be like. :smiling2:
Now Now, -it's the correct term! Abnormal would be supercharged or turbocharged - although now loads of car engines have turbos - so maybe that's the new normal!I have often wondered what an Abnormally Aspirate V-12 be like. :smiling2:
Off topic, but what did the poor Reliant Robin do to deserve its name being reversed? Nobody speaks of a Midget MG or a Minor Morris, so why does Reliant Cars' finest have to suffer in this way?Robin Reliant with a little bit of upgrade?
Sorry to hear that, but you're not the only one Andrew, many people call it a Robin Reliant.Joys of being dyslexic Pete. I sometimes write things the wrong way around and don't realise until it's pointed out later or i see it later on
Just pulling your leg...its often mentioned during F1 commentating. Now Now, -it's the correct term! Abnormal would be supercharged or turbocharged - although now loads of car engines have turbos - so maybe that's the new normal!

Don't think it's a Testarossa. The original had 6 twin choke downdraft Webers with paired Ram Pipes. The offset nature of what I assume are meant to be carbs on the top of the model would exclude that particular engine. Unless, of course, it's just been badly represented.OK, sticking my neck out - v 12 engine for a Ferrari Testa Rossa - maybe 1958? Testarossa means 'redhead' in Italian, so that's a big clue!
