discussion Newbie Introduction.

Hello everyone, I am an oldie (certainly feeling it at the moment) from Yorkshire in isolation looking after the wife during this difficult time. I had just started completing a few models and posting on the old forum no longer mentioned when as you all know it stopped being. Since then I have been watching from the side lines in awe. The skills here are well beyond mine but I am having fun and enjoying attempting some models again. I am currently working on HMS Kelly at 1:700. My effort is no way as good as the one just been shown on here but I am doing it as a practice for a 1:1200 ship (Tirpitz) bought on ebay for less than a fiver. I would respectfully ask if it is o.k. to join in with the Cosford group build about to start although I may have to ask for help on posting progress.

I think it may be the HMS Kelly that I did.It does not matter if is not as good,all that matters is you having fun.

I built the 1/1200 Revell 'Mini Ship' Bismark on here a short time ago. Nice kit with a surprising amount of detail.
