Thanks Jim,Hi Dave
That's great. Shows the meds are doing their job. Just take it easy for a while though.

DITTO what John said Dave very glad to hear you are feelin betterThat's good news.
Glad you have found out what it is. Iron deficiency is really bad. My wife lost a lot of blood during an operation and her iron levels crashed, she couldnt talk, remember things or even walk in a straight line. In hospital for a week on an drip.Well, it seems that Iron Deficiency Anaemia is the cause of me feeling unwell. The Doc had suspected this, but blood tests confirmed it. So, I've got a prescription for some high strength iron supplements. I'll pick those up later today..................... Plenty of warnings about side effects , most of which are distressing, rather than dangerous & some advice on diet. I will go back for another blood test in a few weeks' time to see how it's working. Doc says that it's fairly common as you get older. I feel a lot happier now that I have a diagnosis, so I'll see how it goes with the iron! ( so, it's now 10 different types of pills a day )
