This is my build for the GB, kindly supplied to me by Tony (Yak face) some time ago. I got the resin seat and the seat belts. Also thinking about getting the gun set for it.

Anyone else think Academy kits are underrated? I know their range is variable, and some is OLD, but they often seem overlooked

Making a start on this one, first of all you must fill in the many ejector pin marks, which is well known with this kit.

Done a little more work to this, I’ve added some frame work to the side walls. I will add some wiring later, also painted the seat and wooden parts. Still plenty to do before I can get the two halves put together.

Just about got the cockpit done, the seat belts were a pain to fit. Being made from paper when glueing they split apart.

Cockpit looks excellent Ian ,belts look good despite the hassle , cheers tony

I seem to have missed a few episodes. That cockpit looks great, but is that really a wicker chair? :surprised:

Looks great Ian, the AM chair’s really make a difference don’t they? Just got mine in and the fuselage buttoned up

Great work Ian. Another build flying along. The wood effect has come out nice.
