Spots on the Internet (2021)

Not for us to comment really, it’s for the legal system to sort out. However, as I understand from what I’ve read, no assets from WNW have been sold on. The Meng triplane was a joint venture I think.
If Jackson is citing “theft” then perhaps the moulds weren't bought from the legal owners in the first place.

Can't be theft if you haven't (allegedly) paid for them being made in the first place. Anyway. Off topic for this thread.

Silly question I know, but what did Wingnut Wings think that Border was going to do with their moulds when they bought them? Can anyone think of another use other than weighing them in as scrap? In which case they'd probably turn out to be the most expensive scrap ever bought!
Apparently Wingnut Wings had ordered them, but not paid for them, leaving the dies physically in the hands of the ( unpaid ) mould maker!, who was trying to to recoup his loss. - In other words still in China, The concept of intellectual property seems to have been forgotten................

OOOOOhhh from MiniArt 'new kit coming soon'
miniart stgiii alkett.jpg
A sobering thought, there are 12 months in a year! - a few more iterations MiniArt can screw out of the moulds!!!!!
Dave

Bit of a ponder:thinking: Do miniart keep all of these versions in production at the same time or do they rotate through the various incarnations?

The G being the last version had many changes over its life time so many kits can be made but already problems are being found with these new kits
They need to do a lot of research

Perhaps you should offer MiniArt your consultancy services!! For a fee of a copy of each new kit of course!!! ;)

The another new Miniart StuG G with interior for example, says on the box Alkett production, wrong!

Warning nerd mode!! The box art shows a kink in the fender by the drivers position, the kink was used by MIAG not Alkett to fit the superstructure to completed Ausf, J/L/M panzer 111 hulls. Not rocket science if you do basic research

Sorry Bob but that is VERY nerdy.... ;)

But in all seriousness they should research properly.
