Not tidy. Same bench since late 70s, so I know where everything is. This was taken when working Ukraine Dio, some engineers & some Tigers.

Semi retired, so got my own room at last, plus a constant companion!!
Yes it’s 1/1 from Aireveltamigawa, very rare kit and needed a lot of dry brushing to get the hairy effect just right!!!The Lightning and F-4 Red Arrows 'what if' are pretty cool but the Labrador is amazing! What scale is it? Ha!
Some cracking looking set ups .how many times do we clean our area for it to look a total tip with in a few weeks of building/painting

That looks just about right to me, orderly, but wouldn't be afraid of messing it up a bit. Here’s my little corner of sanity

Work bench area (obviously). I keep extra tools, weathering stuff and other assorted odds and ends in the draws, actually they could do with a clean out.
I’ve just put up the cork board. I thought it would be useful for pinning reference photos to.

The little draws are for all the tools that I use more often. The little easel is very useful for keeping the instructions visible but out of the way of the work area.
Cheers
Geoff.

Must admit I'm a bit OCD about mess. I have always been the "tidy" one in our house. Some cracking looking set ups .how many times do we clean our area for it to look a total tip with in a few weeks of building/painting
Must admit I'm a bit OCD about mess. I have always been the "tidy" one in our house.
I think it comes from being brought up/taught by my parents to always tidy up after ourselves, and also as my years as a plumber, (many years ago) when I was working in occupied houses, so you had to keep things clean and tidy up at the end of every day.
My garage/study does not always look very tidy, but I know exactly where everything is....!
