'Ang on a minet, yours was 1/35! That going to cost an extention to the house. Mind you a nice 4m long shelf in the work room would be very cool!

Arrived yesterday , the tamiya 1/350 Bismark , another good deal from ebay at half the price of a new one , had a look in the box and looks very nice the hull is one piece so no filling needed their , sadly its now going to my mums till christmas, on the plus side it means I won`t be getting socks pants - smellys - hats and scarfs this year from her LOL , looking to get some AM stuff for this one ie- gun barrels the PE kit and after reading some reviews the PE deck is a must have , I`ve tried the white ensign site but its not very easy to get around if you don`t know what your looking for so if anyone has any pointers which if any website might do these bits I would be very greatful

        Cheers

Dispatched on Thursday, arrived on Friday my consignment of paints, washes, thinners, pens etc, everything needed to work on my Tiget 1 and more. Fantastic service and value for money. Thanks JOHN, the online shop is second to none.

Had to return the Tamiya 1/48 Bf109-E as it had a fault on one of the sprues. So I exchanged it for this biggie.

Hi Ian yeah haven't taken any pics yet as iam at my mother in laws till the end of the week and i don't have my camera kit with me. Will do the post and pics when i get home, iam building the running gear of the loco and coal tender as one stage and the boiler and cab and the upper part of the coal tender as another stage. The reason is that the sections are different colours satin black for the running gear and grey with dark yellow camouflage for boiler, tender and cab.

Having had to return the Tamiya 1/48 Bf109 due a fault I got the Eduards 1/32 Bf109. Well that too had a big fault so went back to the shop again. No problem changing it. I got these instead.
