Hi everyone

Quick introduction: my name is Francis and I just started modeling a couple of weeks ago.
First kit I'm building is the Italeri C-47 Sky Train in 1/72 scale, going for that Band Of Brothers mood :)
I work for an IoT company as business analyst and my main hobby is photography.
Very much into textures/tones of rust and old abandoned industrial stuffs.
That's where I found the inspiration to build a fictive character (Indolem) of which you can find a lot of pics on Instagram.
In scale modeling I hope to further continue my passion for rusty tones/moods and I hope to learn a lot from you guys here.

Cheers!
Francis

Welcome Francis,
Good set of people here to help you along.
Since your interest is in rusty stuff, try armoured or ground vehicles which can be great for weathering.

Cheers,
Richard

Welcome to the Mad house Francis, as Tony said, there're lots of rusty "old codgers".......erm.....people here that are masters at rust and other fine products of that "aged" old weathered look we are so good at :thumb2: producing. Have fun with modeling and never be afraid to ask questions. Rick H.
