You will have a lot of fun with that I think Allen. As to the price, if you want it, and can afford it, have it. Life is too short for regrets about not spending a few quid…..

Prob is...It gets worse!!!...........

And it did!!!..I went back on MBK's site late Friday and saw they still had some WnW kitsets available. With a 5% discount and always free postage, I lost all control and snagged this baby up. Postie dropped it off 20 minutes ago,

The funny thing is, this kit cost €25 more than the original USD sell price from 2015, when it was released!!!...You also have to love the shark teeth decals...Oh, and the figs and stuff should come on Thursday......

Hmmm, they still have a Rumpler C.IV (early) kitset for sale, but I think I'll pass on it...Got enough now...............

Prost

Now that’s a lot of rigging……pretty damn big as well.

There is a bit of rigging Tim, but the instructions show where it goes, internal and external. It's only a 57cm span x 30cm in length, as opposed to the Felixstowe F.2a's span of 91cm x 44cm length...

Found this while looking for something quite different. As in not this something else but yes this is very different! lol20230110_124656.jpg
Complete and unopened! The "Brass-work" is a bit orange, so that will be striped and painted.

Magic! - I had a go at this a looong time ago - the self adhesive brass bands around the boiler casing were a bit rough, but a really impressive model - with all the new LED tiny lights, it just begs to be illuminated!

So I've just pushed the button (pun intended) on this! Upping my airbrush game...

Always on the lookout for engineer stuff. Found this on ebey. Not thrilled w/instructions, but castings are well done. D8 8Rs were deployed at Division level. Still looking for smaller company level dozer versions.

As my Beaufighter nears the end,my mind turned to my next Wingy build, being still stuck in an R.A.F. vein,I realised that there was only an old and flash infested Airfix Hurricane in the stash!!! :(
SO, with that in mind, the search began, settled on this....

Well Mr. Smiff, I guess this wing thingy puberty has taken you over, and now there is no rest for poor Cohan...

In all honesty, I think I have been bitten a little by the wing thingy bug too, of late, with my WnW buys. This little package showed up yesterday for them,

Copper State Models do make some nice figs and with 45 meters of rigging material, I should master that art before I run out of it...

My first Japanese plane.... My first Japanese anything actually!! :smiling3:
Looks quite a simple build, not that many bits, but looks nice nevertheless ;)
Lovely choice andy , its a fairly old Tamiya but decent and captures the look of the chubby raiden nicely. Ive got the very rare Revell 1/32 raiden in the stash , seeing this is making me want to dust it off ! Anyone fancy a japanese GB ?!

Ok......so this was a late arrival from last year, having got caught up in the Royal Mail strikes following delivery from Poland.

Had to buy this after being subliminally forced to buy an Eduard 1/48 Würger by Alan! ;) :smiling5:

Can't help feeling that the A4+ sized envelope is slightly OTT..........

Andrew
