Today my cat died in my arms from heart failure. She was deteriorating from a heart murmur.

That's very sad Richard. It is always heartbreaking to loose a much loved pet.

Truly sorry for your loss Richard. She was a beautiful looking lass :sleeping2:

Sorry to hear Richard, I’m not a cat person, but I am a pet person and it’s always tough losing our little friends.

So sad to hear.Very sorry you lost your fur baby.We have 2 cats and understand the loss of a little family member.
Hugs from Rich,Helen and Barnaby and Lottie.

Sad news indeed Richard, our fur babies really become 'one of the family' and losing them is just as hard..

big cat hugs from our three, Olive, Shadow & Milo..

Truly sorry Richard I know how you feel we've got five little urns at home ,we said no more after the last one and have stuck to it ,we've a little rescue dog who was best of friends with the last one to go ,they spent all their time just chilling out together I love him dearly but there is something special about the love a cat gives you. DAVE

So sorry to hear this sad news Richard. Heart goes out to you. They are everything, friend and companion. They give their love freely and all they ask is to be loved in return. Rest in peace little one.

Sorry for your loss, I know how you both must feel having lost my 'old lady' a few months ago.

Thank you all for the condolences and heartfelt comments. Usual lots of tissues were soaked even the other 24 cats were solemn and quiet. Buried her in our little pet cemetery across the road.
Burying myself into the Belvedere and carrying on with daily stuff...cats are back to normal tearing all over the house.

Cheers,
Richard.
