“Prime Minister” and “Leader of the Opposition”. Nothing Prime Ministerial, or any potential Leadership ability shown by any of the last dozen incumbents of either role so these named talents are obviously not a requirement of the job. Should be renamed “chief parrot” and “wannabe chief parrot”.

I'm not sure about the worst but my brother had two absolute crackers. His last two jobs before he left the Army were SO2 Lethality (at a research establishment), and then SO2 Eradication (overseeing the destruction of the opium harvest in Afghanistan). I think he's still got the nameplates.

Ceramics and metals aquatic inspections chief. Or washer upper to you and me!
Underpaid, overworked, abused and always there when needed. AKA the emergency services.

I was once a 'Submarine cable technician' but I never worked on submarines.
