Hooray, back in the cutting business again. Things appear to have moved on, no longer brass, these handles are steel which means I can use magnets on my drawer unit to hang them from. :) Thanks again for the speedy service John.

Half an hour ago my youngest grandson dropped these off saying he wouldn't have time to build them. He's already let me have that M60-A1 I made earlier on here.

He's hopefully going off to Uni. this year, so I might get a few more of the kits he has stored in my son's loft........Fingers crossed!

It would appear so lol. I have a load of button magnets and they hold the scalpels very well by the handle so I don't think they are stainless. :)

Only said it 'cause I have them as well and it does say on the handle of mine Stainless Steel. I'm off to find a magnet!
Forgot to say; I just ordered some blades as well. Apparently some one had bought the last big box..... LOL
I sharpen mine anyway so they last even longer. (and I think that they become a lot sharper).

Postie dropped these off this morning and although the book was expensive after a quick thumbing I can honestly say it's worth every penny I paid with great illustrations and how to guides I'd highly recommend it.View attachment 274577
