Its only a few days away so thought i would put up some sprue shots, this is the profipack so has some etch detail and canopy mask thrown in. It looks very nicely moulded and there are six good looking paint schemes to choose from, still haven't decided which one im doing yet !20220828_001138.jpg20220828_001026.jpg20220828_001115.jpg20220828_001205.jpg

Its a stunning kit mark , with loads of optional bits , its going to look superb . Some great schemes there too , the box art - ‘ridge runner ‘ is a fave of mine as thats the scheme I did my 1/24 Airfix one in when i was a nipper !

I reckon that will build up into a great model Mark. These Eduard kits are generally good and 1/48 is a nice scale to work with.

And we're off! Ive got a few bits together and got some mr hobby interior green on some bits.so far so good think im gonna enjoy this one, some very nice detail and all the injector marks are out of sight so looking like another thumbs up for eduard. :thumb2: 20220901_230943.jpg20220901_231600.jpg20220901_232214.jpg20220901_233410.jpg

So ive made a bit more progress, most of the cockpit is done couple more pe control panels to go on one side, i.p goes in after the fusalge is together.
Have put the wheel bay together also very nicely detailed.20220903_232329.jpg20220903_232249.jpg20220903_231855.jpg20220903_231658.jpg20220903_233238.jpg20220903_232509.jpg

Got a bit more done, the cockpit is now tucked away in the fusalge, front and rear wheel housings have been painted in my mix of yellow chromate with a bit of detail painting and a wash 20220904_234716.jpg20220904_234707.jpg20220904_234533.jpg20220904_234242.jpg

I'm always late but had a quick catch up Mark and that really is a nicely detailed kit. You're making a great job of it

Theres always something ! This time it was the seatbelts i forgot:rolling:obviously it would've been easier before the cockpit went in but ive got them sorted thankfully:smiling6:20220905_203448.jpg

Thanks for the comments guys, quite easy for a canopy open on this Tim so itll be nice for once to be able to see in there when finished.
I.P is on its way to being done and the m.g's i thought i could improve on so ive drilled out the originals and replaced with brass tube, two of the three will need another smaller tube inserted yet.20220905_225432.jpg20220905_225302.jpg20220905_225332.jpg
