I would like to thank Colin for hosting this “90 years of Spitfires Anniversary GB” - It was an honour to be part of it.
This is the Eduard 1/48 Spitfire Mk.IIa (kit 84206, scheme B: “P7619 S/Ldr Brian J.E.Lane”)
Overall a nice kit, I had a few hiccups with the camo-masking, decals and spotting varnish but it all turned out well in the end.
The base represents a tiny version of the ‘Cliffs of Dover’, a sight that must have been epic for any Spitfire pilot.
You can find the build log here.

Thanks for watching & Cheers
