Hi Jakko
Excellent. Great idea to include the figure. I enjoy following your builds of actual vehicles, interpreting old , grainy photos.
What's next?

Thanks :) I like putting a figure on vehicles for scale, as it easily shows even to people who know exactly nothing about military vehicles, how big these things were — and an Sd.Kfz. 7 is pretty big, about the length of a Sherman and only slightly narrower. A slightly problem, though, is that I don’t really like painting figures, so they tend to take a while to actually get finished :)

I intend to finish the LWS I started some years ago :)

Another well researched and even better made model there Jakko. Great stuff.
Thanks, though I’m sure a lot of it could have been done better :)

Always a very interesting build from you,Jakko. I think the civilian trying to siphon the petrol is a brilliant human touch, too.
I have to say though, it's crying out for at least a base of cobbles, please.:nerd:

Fantastic build jakko , thorough detailing and scratching has made it as close to the photo as you could get , top work , cheers tony

If only I had the room, I would … but any time I finish a model I have to shuffle the older ones around to make room as it is :(

Thanks, guys :smiling3:

Ah go on, it only needs to be a little one...
And you could leave it unattached so you can photograph other models,- it would work for your Shermans too

As others have said, Excellent work. It has been a pleasure following this build, your scratch skills always amaze me.
John.

Thanks again, all :)

Still amazed at how well you've done the rocker assy.
That surprises me too, if I’m honest, and how not-difficult (rather than easy :)) it turned out to be in the end, even if it was rather fiddly work. I guess part of it is that it’s all so tiny that you don’t need everything to be perfectly accurate. Though TBH, if I were to do another I think I would have a friend 3D print it …

True, though it wouldn’t be very accurate for those :) Maybe I should build a couple of bases for photographing models, though … Someday :)

Thanks, guys :) As usual it was a lot more effort than expected … why does that keep surprising me? :)
