Looks excellent Ian. Really nice finish.
Got a question if I may…..
Can you build this with folded wings? Hope so because the wingfold is really interesting. Not something that would fill you with confidence in the air, but interesting nonetheless.

Great to see this, actually. Quite an unusual subject. If you stand in front of the one at Yeovilton it really is amazing how much it looks like a boat with wings, especially the front of the fuselage. Quite crude construction, with only the cabin (which looks just like a cabin cruiser) covered in, and the open gun positions looking very much like they have come from WW1, but it was effective in use.

Yes it can even built with the wings folded back.

And thank you.

Really beautiful build, love the colouring.. :thumb2:, and a well deserved 'Doggs'
I seem to remember building the matchbox version of this many many years ago..

Thats fantastic Ian , a wonderfully characterful machine and a super build . I’d heard good things about the new Airfix Walrus and it certainly makes a stunning model , cheers tony

Lovely build. Clean and crisp.

Interesting and unusual looking subject too.
