I did something like this over 10 years ago. I figured I can do again, but better. If it is better, I don’t know. but it is definitely better than the first one I did. The scale is 1/24 HC22 Suzuki Jimny JA11-5. The kit is by Hasegawa. The window shield was replaced with a protective glass, used for cellphones. I cracked it with sharp hobby knife. The rear and rear side windows were replaced with thin plywood bought at a hobby store. The roof rack was scratch built. Everything else is a collection of parts from my junk box, like cloth materials, plastic wraps, old rubber pieces etc.

Hi Charles
A very novel, clever idea that you have pulled off - well done :thumb2:
Jim

Nice SuzyQ attitude. Great pose. W/obligatory case of Butwiper, breakfast of champions.

I thought it was a loaded motor bike but a Jimny is just as good. :thumb2:

Cheers,
Richard

That’s a well loaded baby Landry. Looks great. Love the ways you’ve raised the front suspension and depressed the back tyres. Reminds me of the opening scene in Jersey boys……

Called'em roadies back in the day. Gotta pound a couple roadies to acquire the proper attitude for Cali. traffic. Think they're still legal in Texas.

Fantastic build charles ,it looks like the automobile equivalent of Buckaroo ! Love the fact hes got a scooter up there too ! Great job , cheers tony

Thanks Tony. Yep! You've noticed the scooter too.

Cracking work Charles, I remember the first one you did too. Looking forward to the truck.

Excellent build. Living in the Middle East for most of my life I am well used to seeing them exactly like that.
Very well done !
John.

Thanks. The first one got a lot of likes on various platforms but personally, i could have done better. But we learn as we build towards better models.
