Hi all,

My first time back at the bench for close to two years saw me throwing together the Tamiya 1/35 "greyhound" and I thought I'd make a simple scene for it too.

Our naughty trio are helping themselves to some of Uncle Sam's stock, stashing it away while one of them keeps a look out.

I'm a bit rusty and the vehicle could stand more weathering but at least I'm up and running again and the modelling has really helped to lift me after some very dark times. Most of the stowage & accessories come with the kit, the barn being scratched from foam core, tin foil, balsa and whatever else I found lying around in the shed.

Thanks for looking,
Andy.

Superb Andy! Love the detailing, the rotten door bottoms well. everything. Great story too, for me a top drawer build.

Well Andy that's really nice especially after a two year lay off.

Great job on this. Love the barn door especially.

That's brilliant...... If that's 'rusty', I can't wait to see when you're back in the flow.

Very well done by indeed!!

Thanks for the great comments gents.

Time for a rummage around to see if I've anything else to build next

Great comeback Andy...thought I'd lost a good builder to reference with when you left a while back.

Cheers,

Please thank The Committee for me too John. I'm humbled and my award will have pride of place in the cave.
