She is indeed Andy......not that I have much of a choice!:smiling5:
I used to do Warhammer in my youth, when it was purely fantasy....I have no idea what the Age of Sigmar genre is....and I have no idea what that is and where the machine ends and the human begins.....assuming there is a human in there somewhere......quirky is one word word to describe it.:surprised:
Will be interested to see what it looks like when you get around to it.

Could have spent a fortune! I was looking at that Grasshopper in the morning, when it was £20, but left it. Went back after lunch and it was reduced to £15, so I had to buy it. Tempted by a couple of Emhar Whippets at £4 each, but Jakko's comments on Dave Ward's purchase put me off a bit.

For £4 you could have have gone wrong, but if you want a more accurate Whippet, Meng has one. It might have some accuracy issues, IIRC, but it’s bound to be light years ahead of the Emhar kit.Comment

Good morning all!
So as most of you will know, today is Father's Day here in the UK and below is what I woke up to!
Although she is still at school, Junioress has a very good part time job and so she gave me a very generous budget for this year, along with some help from Junior.
Whilst some of it is run of the mill, I used most of her generosity to treat myself to things I could not ordinarily justify - two examples being the Churchill tracks and the box in front of the Zero, which is a long out of production (and not cheap) resin upgrade set for my 1/72 Halifax bomber.
I also used it as an opportunity to get some of AK's 3rd Gen paints, which I have heard great things about. I have to stick to water based paints as my set up is in the kitchen, ruling out lacquers!
All in all I'm very pleased with haul...........not least the giant bar of Toblerone!
Oh and wasn't it nicely presented too!
