They’re back…….
28mm Northstar plastic orcs from the Oathmark range. They’ve been primed for about three months so I gave them the Zenitel treatment today…..very nice sculpts, probably the best in the range so far. Looking forward to painting them :thumb2:

Finally got round to spraying the Subaru RC shell yesterday.

Been a long time since I’ve done one of these but please to say it’s turned out very nicely, can’t wait to get it on some gravel for a blast around

About a month ago I posted pictures of a generator that I'd painted for a mate here

Well he finally collected it tonight and has sent these pictures. Colour match isn't too shabby to say I was working from a picture lol

These are Zvezda 1/100 which I brought duplicate kits for me and my daughter to paint. Little one had a great time painting hers as she saw fit and I’ve really enjoyed painting mine too.


Im going to try and make some little vignette bases for them once I’ve finished paining and weathering.

Little one was given my old war hammer paints set and free rein, so are a little more colourful and creative … shall we say :smiling4:

The good part there is that you can fix it fairly easily by pulling the track around until the break is behind the mudguard.

Unfortunately, the mudguard is already hiding the initial, and very untidy, join.

Ignis Art 1/10th (how they get that scale on a fantasy figure i dont know) Borowy. He has been air brushed to apply the colour graduations, using Scale75 Artist Tube Acrylics. On to adding highlights on the leaves on the trees at the back, bit more glazing and touching up areas were the airbrush has missed. then fixing his eyes.

It will have to be something like that. Probably buried into a base, but not exactly what I had planned initially.

I haven't posted anything for a while, been busy 3D printing stuff for people. but my latest project is a model for a local architect, for which I have created a digital model from their 2D plans with a view to 3D printing most of it.
Here's the digital model-the scale is 1-60 to fit on a plinth they already have.




and here's the sample I made of a small section, to test the brick pattern and get their approval of the colours.


A few tweaks required but we're good to go with the whole thing now. It will have lights so I've got to sort out the gaps around the window frames.
Incidentally , my airbrush died so it's all sprayed with rattle cans! They like it so I'm going with that for the finished article

Hi Neil, nice stuff. I have a question as this has happened the second time seeing it. The other is from my kitchen designers drawings. Are the images in perspective or is this the norm for 3D drawings, the vanishing point seems to come at you and not away into the horizon. I thought it was very Dali like...distorted. Even the base is on a slope...is there a slope?
